ORBIT 360 reserves the right to suspend or restrict accounts where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized access, misuse, fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, or other activity that may compromise the platform or its users.

Payments & Subscriptions

Certain ORBIT 360 features and services may require a paid subscription or other applicable fees. Subscription fees, billing periods, included features, and applicable limits will be presented to you before you subscribe.

Where applicable, subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms.

All payments must be made through the payment methods made available by ORBIT 360 or its authorized payment service providers.

Fees paid for subscription services are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided under the applicable subscription terms.

ORBIT 360 may change subscription plans, pricing, features, or usage limits. Where changes materially affect an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
